Approval for Australian Power Boat Association members and exemption from compliance with certain regulations of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958 when participating in power boat races at the Western Australian Powered Water Sports Area and gazetted racing area at Lake Towerrinning. Exempts bona fide APBA vessels participating in organised races from compliance with regulations 48(c) and 48(d)(iv) of the Regulations. Grants approval for the vessels to exceed the speed limit in regulation 48(a)(i) in the same circumstances. Exempts bona fide APBA members under the age of 17 participating in organised races from compliance with regulations 47A(3), 47A(4) and 47A(5) of the Regulations.
