Exempts Australian Power Boat Association members from compliance with certain regulations of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958 when participating in power boat races at the Western Australian Powered Water Sports Area and gazetted racing area at Lake Towerrinning. Also exempts APBA members under 17 from compliance with regulations 47A(3), 47A(4) and 47A(5).
