Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Weebo Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Weebo. The boundary of the Weebo protected area consists of Lot 97 on Deposited Plan 92223. The Weebo Sacred Site Protected Area Order 1973 is revoked.
