It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Kondinin Local Planning Scheme No. 1 on 13 October 2025 for the purpose of reclassifying land, amending the zoning table, and amending clause 31 (13) General Industry zone.
