Notice is hereby given to any persons having claims pursuant to sections 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 against the estate of Lee-Ann Elizabeth Toia late of 9 Arbon Place Lynwood to submit in writing any such claims complete with supporting documentary evidence to the Executor, Brooke Audrey Ripepi of 4a Wodgina Place, Kingsley. Any such claims must be received by the 31st of November 2025. After which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
