Made by the minister under section 252(2) of the act. This notice is the biodiversity conservation (authorised persons) notice 2019. This notice comes into operation as follows — (a) clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this notice is published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the notice — on the day after that day. Each of the following persons is an authorised person for the purposes of section 252 of the act — (a) mr mark andrew cowan; (b) dr paul edward doughty; (c) ms valerie jean english; (d) dr dhanushka sugeeshwara hettiarachchi; (e) dr john marinus huisman; (f) dr peter robert mawson; (g) dr kelly anne shepherd.
