Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 20 october 2016, are required by the personal representative, steven james brown of lynn and brown lawyers, suites 18-20, [contact details redacted] their claims to him by the 14 march 2017, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
