Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25/03/2024, are required by the personal representative Susan Ann Pennington c/- Lynn and Brown Lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to her by the 01/10/2024, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
