Christa Hildegard Davi, late of [contact details redacted] of Western Australia, died on 14 March 2016. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased person are required by Mr Kevin Desmond de Souza, who has been granted Letters of Administration over the deceased’s estate, to send particulars of their claims to him at Robertson Hayles Lawyers Pty Ltd of PO Box Z5403, Perth WA 6831 within one (1) month of the date of publication hereof, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
