Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Michael John Parfitt late of 48 Indigo Bend, Wellard, Western Australia, Driller’s Offside, who died on 8 August 2023, are required to send particulars of their claim to his representatives at Robertson Hayles Lawyers Pty Ltd of po box z5403, Perth wa 6831 within one (1) month of the date of publication hereof after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
