In the matter of the estate of Edward Clough, late of [contact details redacted] Western Australia, Land Administrator, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the Estate of the deceased, who died on the 1st day of February 2021, are required by the Personal Representatives, Maureen Elizabeth Stephenson and Vanessa Clough, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, [contact details redacted] Western Australia, by the 3rd day of December 2021, after which date the said Personal Representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
