Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 20 September 2021, are required by the Executor, Amelia Jane Hibben c/- [contact details redacted] by the date one month following publication of this notice after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having only regard to the claims of which she then has notice.
