In accordance with section 195 of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023, and on the recommendation of WorkCover WA, the Workers Compensation (Approved Permanent Impairment Assessor) Fees Order 2025 is made. This Order repeals and replaces the Workers Compensation (Approved Permanent Impairment Assessor) Fees Order 2024 (No.2), effective 1 November 2025.
