In accordance with section 94 of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023, and on the recommendation of WorkCover WA, I hereby make the Workers Compensation (Workplace Rehabilitation Services) Fees Order 2025. This Order repeals and replaces the Workers Compensation (Workplace Rehabilitation Services) Fees Order 2024 (No.2), effective 1 November 2025.
