Ms Laila Aisha Nowell, having been nominated by the Minister for Industrial Relations for appointment under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 Schedule 1 clause 10(2)(d)(iv) as a member of the Work Health and Safety Commission, has been appointed to hold office under that provision for the term that commenced on 5 September 2023 for a period of three years from that day.
