Tracey Kay Bence, having nominated for appointment under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 Schedule 1 clause 10(2)(d)(iii) as a member of the Work Health and Safety Commission, is appointed to hold office under that provision for the term that commences on the day on which this instrument is made for a period of three years, including the end date.
