Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on 17 june 2018, are required by the executor, mrs virma symons, care of symons & co legal, suite 4/[contact details redacted] 6005, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which notice has been given.
