I, alistair jones, in my capacity as the acting chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the environmental protection act 1986 (“the act”), and pursuant to section 20 of the act, hereby delegate to the holders for the time being of the offices of— (a) executive director, assurance; (b) director, environmental science; and (c) manager, environmental noise, all of the department of water and environmental regulation, all my powers and duties under— (a) regulations 13 of the environmental protection (noise) regulations 1997 in relation to noise management plans, other than this power of delegation.
