Made under the Road Traffic Legislation Amendment Act 2016 section 2(c) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Road Traffic Legislation Amendment Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2017. The Road Traffic Legislation Amendment Act 2016 Part 3 Division 2 and sections 46 and 53 come into operation on 10 March 2017.
