Notice to all property owners and occupiers within the City of Stirling. Pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are required to remove inflammable material and/or clear firebreaks by 30 November 2022, or within 14 days of becoming the owner or occupier after 30 November 2022, and maintain them until 31 March 2023. Details provided for land areas less than and greater than 2,000 square metres. Penalty for non-compliance is a fine of up to $5,000.
