The Minister for Planning has granted approval to the declaration of a Planning Control Area (PCA) 159 over land for Hutton Street (Hector Street to Howe Street), Osborne Park. The purpose of the PCA 159 is for future upgrade of Hutton Street and to facilitate its regional road function. The declaration remains in effect for a period of five years from the date of publication. A person shall not commence and carry out development in a PCA without the prior approval of the WAPC.
