The Shire of Gingin resolved on 20 November 2018 to make this local law, which amends the Shire of Gingin Local Government Property Local Law 2004. The local law commences 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette and includes amendments to various clauses regarding authorised persons, definitions, premises, animals, nuisances, and pool area regulations.
