Under the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1995 and all other relevant powers, the Council of the Shire of Gingin resolved on 20 November 2018 to make this local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Gingin Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Amendment Local Law 2018. This local law commences 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Shire of Gingin Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2004.
