I, chris dawson, commissioner of police in the state of western australia, under regulation 4(3)(c) of the criminal investigation (identifying people) regulations 2002 hereby amend notice po401 of gazette no. 246 published on 31 december 2009 to revoke the following person as a forensic scientist, effective from the date this notice is published in the government gazette.
