Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 50A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel Notice MA404 as published in the Government Gazette on 24 July 2020 and prohibit the practice of personal watercraft freestyle driving, wave jumping and surfing in the gazetted Water Ski Areas listed.
