These regulations amend fees and charges related to transport, including mooring licences, navigable waters, perth parking management, road traffic authorisations, vehicle regulations, and shipping and pilotage. Parts 1 and 6 are effective on the date of publication, and the rest of the regulations are effective from 1 July 2017.
