These regulations are the Road Traffic Regulations Amendment (Penalties) Regulations 2017. Part 1 comes into operation on the day of publication in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day 9 weeks after that day. This amends the Road Traffic (Administration) Regulations 2014 and the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Regulations 2014.
