Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Munni Munni Hill Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Munni Munni Hill. The boundary of the Munni Munni Hill protected area consists of the area labelled 'N' on Deposited Plan 425811. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area.
