Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on or before 8 march 2024, are required by the executors to send the particulars of their claims to sussex legal within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
