Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 5 november 2023 are required by executor linda warren to send particulars of their claims c/o 16 munster avenue, mount clarence, western australia, 6330, within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
