In the estate of dora ann klatt, late of 520 ocean view drive, anchorage, alaska, united states of america, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 june 2023, are required by the executor, paul howard klatt, care of simpson freed lawyers, po box 149, caringbah, new south wales 1495, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
