Made by the minister under section 54. This instrument is the abalone managed fishery management plan amendment 2018. The amendment in this instrument is to the abalone managed fishery management plan 1992. In schedule 5, below “ brownlip abalone (area 2) – 145 mm ” insert— greenlip abalone (area 3) – 150 mm brownlip abalone (area 3) – 150 mm
