This order is the diamond (argyle diamond mines joint venture) agreement (designated areas) revocation order 2021. Clauses 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, clause 3(1) on 1 march 2021, and the rest of the order on 1 may 2021. The diamond (argyle diamond mines joint venture) (designated areas) order 1993 and the diamond (argyle diamond mines joint venture) agreement (designated areas) order 2011 are revoked.
