These regulations are the Freedom of Information Amendment Regulations 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest on the day after. These regulations amend the Freedom of Information Regulations 1993. Regulation 9A inserted regarding principal officer of health service provider.
