Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 28/03/2025, are required by the executor andrew charles adrian egginton of [contact details redacted] 6062 to send particulars of their claims to him within 30 days by registered mail after which date he may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
