The Council of the Shire of Coolgardie resolved on 24th November 2020 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law commences 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette and applies throughout the district. It repeals clauses 39—48 of Part 4 Division 2 of the Shire of Coolgardie Health Local Law 1999.
