Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 8 december 2020 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to the care of amanda liston legal, po box 4234, north mandurah wa 6210 by 5 may 2021 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he/she then has notice.
