The Shire of Kondinin declares the house at 19 Rankin Street, Kondinin to be unfit for human habitation and requires the owner to take down and remove the house within 60 days. Failure to comply will result in penalties and the Shire may take down and remove the house and recover expenses. The owner has a right to apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of this decision within 60 days.
