These regulations amend the Jetties Regulations 1940. They cover partial waiver of dues, charges for vessels allocated longer pens than necessary, and amend various regulations regarding fees for private licences, fuel pipeline licences, and local government public licences. Schedule 1 is amended, updating standard rates and dues for Albany Waterfront Marina, Emu Point Boat Harbour, and Augusta Boat Harbour.
