These regulations amend the Jetties Regulations 1940. Schedule 1 clause 1A, 1B, 9, 13, 14, 21, 30, 32 and Schedule 2 clause 1B, 1C are amended relating to berth for a recreational vessel, amount to the Department, pen use and alongside berthing, and vessel measurements.
