Made under the Road Traffic Amendment (Impounding and Confiscation of Vehicles) Act 2016 section 2(1)(b) and (2) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Road Traffic Amendment (Impounding and Confiscation of Vehicles) Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2016. The Road Traffic Amendment (Impounding and Confiscation of Vehicles) Act 2016, other than Part 1, section 5 and Part 3 Division 3, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
