The Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018 comes into operation as follows: sections 230 and 236 on 1 July 2019; Part 4 (other than sections 56 and 57), Part 6, sections 303 and 327(1), Part 14 Division 2 Subdivisions 1, 2, 3 and 10 on 2 July 2019; sections 56 and 57 on 1 August 2019.
