I, Laura Russ, Detective Inspector, being the delegated officer of the Minister for Transport under Section 139 of the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008, pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 139 of that Act, and the consent of the Local Authorities having been obtained and nominated for the purposes of— A Car Rallysprint—Hill Climb by members/entrants of the Tarmac Events WA Pty Ltd on 1 March 2026 and 2 March 2026 do hereby approve the temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations made under such act on the carriageways mentioned hereunder.
