I, francis logan, the minister administering the fire and emergency services act 1998, hereby give approval for the fes commissioner to enter into a written agreement under section 36zj of the act, commencing 1 july 2017, with the following local government— • shire of nungarin; and • shire of serpentine-jarrahdale.
