The Minister for Mines and Petroleum intends to forfeit mining tenements for non-payment of rent unless outstanding amounts are paid by August 7, 2026.

Notice is hereby given that unless the rent due in the under mentioned mining tenements is paid on or before 07/08/2026 16:30:00, it is the intention of the Minister for Mines and Petroleum under the provisions of Sections 96A(1) and 97(1) of the Mining Act 1978 to forfeit such for breach of covenant, being non-payment of rents.
