Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of albino pesce, late of villa terenzio, 33 kent road, marangaroo, western australia, who died on 30 december 2017, are required by the personal representatives milena victoria lane and ornella luigina ginbey to send particulars of their claims to irdi legal, 248 oxford street, leederville wa 6007 by 29 june 2018, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
