Pursuant to Section 21 of the Valuation of Land Act 1978, this notice concerns gross rental values and unimproved values. Gross rental values for various local government areas are effective from 1 July 2025. Unimproved values for Western Australia, Christmas Island, and Cocos (Keeling) Islands are effective from 30 June 2025. Valuations are available for inspection at Landgate Perth and Midland offices. Objections must be addressed to the Valuer-General within 60 days of this notice.
