It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire City of Wickepin Local Planning Scheme amendment on 20 January 2017 for the purpose of re-classifying Lot 17 Tincurrin Road, Tincurrin known as Reserve 18106 from Local Scheme Reserve ‘Public Purpose—Primary School’ to ‘Development’ zone as depicted on the Scheme Amendment map.
