Order made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the Act regarding retail trading hours in the Albany local government district during Christmas 2022 and public holidays in 2023. General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed, on specified days and periods. Shops must be closed on Christmas Day, Sunday 25 December 2022.
