The Minister for Planning has approved the abovementioned amendment to the Metropolitan Region Scheme. The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) plans 1.7918—1.7923 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette. By virtue of section 126(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the Local Planning Schemes of the Cities of Canning and Gosnells are amended to give effect to the reservation(s) included in MRS amendment 1361/57.
